Our Conference Facilities
Our Main Conference Room is quite large (116 square metres) with floor to ceiling windows on two of the walls.
Through these windows we have wonderful views through native trees and down over the water of Prince of Wales Bay.
These views, and our outside deck, offer a great break out space within your training day.
This room also has it’s own private entrance door onto our deck
(deck space is shared with our Cafe).
The water views also include In Cat, where you will sometimes see a new boat being built, and also the interesting historic Zinc Works. We also overlook the QANTAS Call Centre.
Our second Meeting Room is smaller in size, seating 12 around a beautiful wooden glass top table. This room also has water and bush views, and a sliding door onto our outdoor deck space.
Both rooms offer modern IT equipment.

Cost
The cost per day to hire our Main room is $360.00 (+ gst) per day, which is inclusive of our 2 metre wide Microsoft Surface Hub, large enough to capture the whole room - used as a Data Projector, for TEAMS Meetings, and as an electronic whiteboard.

Wifi, Data Projector Screen, Whiteboard with Markers/Duster/Cleaning Spray, Lectern,
Entrance Table, Catering Tables, all Table & Chair Requirements, Facilitator/Trainer Table,
Private Entrance to Outside Deck Area (deck space shared with Mouth Waters Café)
Paper, Pens, Mentos, Filtered Water for each Participant and Facilitator.

Catering
All catering is prepared and served on site in our catering kitchen by our team lead by
Head Chef Alex Waters.
Any dietary requirements are no problem.
All catering is served in the Conference Room for you.

Parking
Parking here is ample and free.
Two disabled car parks are located at our front door with ease of access for wheelchairs throughout our building, all flat.
Amenities
Toilets are located in the hallway outside our Main Conference Room,
with disabled toilets right outside the Conference Room door.
Our Meeting Room is simply around the corridor.
