At Mouth Waters we aim to provide a professional service whilst ensuring that all of our guests feel like family and friends entering our home.

Alex and Megan Waters, husband and wife team, draw from a combined 76 years’ experience in the Restaurant and Catering industry, and have been operating Mouth Waters for 20 years this year, 2026. 

We have a love and a passion for food and a good time.

Alex shops daily, sourcing his produce himself to ensure freshness.  He also draws ideas from produce on hand at the time.  We support local farmers and businesses where we can, including de Lacey Coffee Roasters, Stoney Banks Orchard, SEED Social Enterprise, Rockhill Estate Potato Farm, Golden Free Range Egg Farm, The Hobart Milk Factory, Manna Bakehouse and Pigeon Whole Bakery.

Our Café offers a wide and varied Menu, with daily specials and all day breakfast.  All of our food from our Café is available for dine in or take away.  Our Café prices are very reasonable and will not break your budget. We also have a daily selection of Sandwiches and Rolls ready to go for those on the run.
