Alex and Megan Waters have been in the catering industry for a combined period of 38 years.
Training in Tasmania and then moving on to work in some of Sydney's top restaurants including
Rockpool, Merrony's, Le Kiosk and The Barking Frog on Manly Beach.
They have a strong committment to the hospitality industry and aim to provide a quality service
and product to best suit your requirements.

Our cafe is located at the Tasmanian Technopark overlooking picturesque Prince of Wales Bay.
We offer a full cafe menu, conference facilities, outside catering or deliveries to your place
of business. The main conference room at Technopark holds 30 people sitting or up to 70
people theatre style with 2 smaller rooms available for private events. We have free parking and
wheelchair access. Our chefs are flexible and welcome your enquiries.
